A Platinum Plaque Awarded To Skillet After Their Performance On ‘Fox & Friends’

Ahead of their expected release of Victorious (Aug. 2, Atlantic Records), Multi-platinum selling rockers Skillet took over The Big Apple today. During the famous morning cable broadcast, the 2X GRAMMY nominees lit the FOX & Friends All American Concert Stage with live performances. Besides the scheduled live performances, the group was amazed to see the hit single “Feel Invincible” on-air with the RIAA Platinum plaque.

Besides the appearance of FOX & Friends, today AOL Build also interviewed Skillet live. At the same time, YouTube released the lyric video “You Ain’t Ready” for Victorious’s third Instant Grat track, which can be viewed here.

The group will launch victorious dropping into the busy fall season of 2019. “Legendary,” the project’s lead rock single is presently climbing on Active Rock radio in the top 20 following the exclusive premiere of its music video.

“Anchor” influences Christian radio at the moment. On August 11, Skillet will hit the road, kicking off two U.S. fall tours, including Sevendust treks and Alter Bridge co-headlining tour. During the rest of the year, 6 November marks a European headlining jaunt, much of which has already been sold out, including stops in London, Paris, Hamburg and Budapest. Recently, Frontman John Cooper collaborated with Z2 Comics to unveil August 27 for “Eden ” :A Skillet Graphic Novel.
