Christ Embassy pastor and Afro-Gospel performer Deacon Efosa has formally released his impactful new single, “Suddenly.”
In keeping with his goal of providing believers with upbeat, spiritually charged music that speaks straight to their hearts, this is his third official release.
Originating from an impromptu moment in the recording studio, “Suddenly” is a lively blend of Afrobeat beats and religious lyrics that honor God’s timely and miraculous interventions. The catchy sound of Shedrach Yohanna, better known as Shenom Again, who produced the song, set the mood for this heavenly hymn.
Deacon Efosa’s position as a distinctive voice in the Afro-Gospel scene is further cemented by “Suddenly,” which follows the success of his previous singles, “Super Power” and “I Am What I Am.” His music blends messages of hope, change, and unwavering faith with a wealth of African instrumentation.
According to Deacon Efosa, “Suddenly is a special song to me — it came from a spontaneous moment in the studio, sparked by the producer’s vibe and sound.” “It is that sensation when everything changes suddenly and you know that God intervened.”
The message will be brought to life with lively visuals and narrative in the official music video for “Suddenly,” which is scheduled to debut on Friday, July 25, 2025.
