Actor Dennis Quaid talks about his inspirational new film I Can Only Imagine on The Today Show with Kathie Lee Gifford. While talking, he revealed that he had never even heard the song I Can Only Imagine before joining the movie of the same name.
The movie, which releases March 16, is based on the true story of MercyMe lead singer Bart Millard. He was inspired to write the best-selling Christian song after his father’s death. Quaid, who plays Millard’s father in the film, talks with Kathie Lee Gifford on The Today Show about what drew him to the role.
