EFE OMOROGBE WEIGHS IN ON EEZEE TEE X MERCY CHINWO DRAMA

Efe Omorogbe Weighs In on Mercy Chinwo and EeZee Conceptz Drama

Entertainment maestro and Now Muzik Group founder, Efe Omorogbe, has decided to jump into the gospel music Nigeria’s hottest drama, starring none other than Mercy Chinwo and her former label, EeZee Conceptz. This saga, ladies and gentlemen, has everything from shocking allegations to master rights tug-of-war and even a cameo by Apostle Anselm Madubuko, the would-be peacemaker.

Efe Omorogbe Speaking About His Role

In an Instagram video that could give reality TV a run for its money, Omorogbe dished out the juicy details of a mediation meeting on May 13, 2024. Picture this: Mercy Chinwo, EeZee Conceptz, Hilda Dokubo, Apostle Madubuko, Mena Ajakpovi, and the ever-supportive artist husbands, all under one roof. The big topic? Master rights, baby! Omorogbe clarified that these rights are traditionally the label’s crown jewels, not something you can just grab like the last slice of pizza.

“Master rights are typically owned by the label under standard industry agreements,” Omorogbe said, probably while sipping tea. “If an artist wants these rights, they’ve got to follow the playbook. Think catalog valuation, a decent offer, and some serious negotiation. Coercion? Not cool, folks.”

Addressing Apostle Madubuko’s claim that EeZee Conceptz was blocking reconciliation like a stubborn goalkeeper, Omorogbe stressed the importance of playing fair and keeping it professional. He even gave a shoutout to Burna Boy, who managed to negotiate for his master rights like a boss.

Held at a prominent reverend’s mansion (talk about a VIP venue), the meeting featured gospel diva Judikay, legal eagles from EeZee Conceptz, and the ever-dramatic Hilda Dokubo. Omorogbe was there to sprinkle some wisdom and guide the gospel gang towards a peaceful resolution.

“This can be sorted out like adults, without throwing tantrums or calling in the big guns,” he said, probably wishing for a smoother playlist. “Negotiation, folks. That’s the magic word.”

As the gospel soap opera unfolds, fans are glued to their screens, eagerly awaiting the next plot twist in the Mercy Chinwo, Judi Kay, and EeZee Conceptz saga. Who knew gospel music could be this spicy? 🍿
