Nigerian gospel music superstar, Frank Edwards has started an online live worship series on his Instagram page as at yesterday! Initially set for Saturday the 18th of April, 2020, the maiden edition was held live on the artist’s Instagram yesterday, 19th April, 2020.
The live worship session was viewed by over five thousand people and a good number of twenty-seven (27) lives were saved as a result of the event. This is definitely a powerful movement which Frank Edwards, as well as a number of other gospel artists have tapped into during this lock-down effected by the COVID-19, as a way of reaching out to people.
Frank Edwards, who recently released the official music video for his beautiful song, “No Other Name”, as well as “If Not For You” which is currently receiving massive airplay and has been aired on Trace Gospel, and who is known for other major christian hit songs such as “Under The Canopy” and “Okaka”amongst others, is one of the major Nigerian artists at the forefront of helping underprivileged individuals to make better of their lives. Having had humble beginnings himself, he is able to relate to the struggles of these people.
He has touched the life of many with his music and humanitarianism and is one of the loudest voices of the Nigerian Youth today. Frank Edwards has definitely become a household name in most Nigerian and African homes as well as internationally.
Frank Edwards has announced via Instagram that the next session of his live worship series is set for Saturday, 25th of April, 2020 and promises to be a wonderful experience as more lives are set to be saved.
