Renowned Nigerian gospel music recording and performing artist, Sammie Okposo, launched an online live series on his Instagram page tagged “Sammie Okposo Speaks”. The series was officially launched last Friday, 24th April, 2020. For the debut, Sammie Okposo featured fellow Nigerian gospel artist, Eben.
The show basically is a talk show which is aimed at touching on as many subject areas as possible and it features guests from different walks of life and from all over the world. Each guest comes on and helps to answer certain general questions on topics as well as offer personal insights too.
“Sammie Okposo Speaks” is a way for the host, Sammie Okposo, to reach out to his followers and engage them meaningfully especially given the situation of things where life generally as we know it, has been slowed down and largely restricted. It is his way of keeping up with fans. Talking about the talk show, Sammie Okposo said:
Everything is discussed on this talk show. Different guests from different walks of life come in and share their insights on issues.
It promises to be an inspiring, soul lifting and life changing experience which would inform, educate, and be entertaining as well.
The talk show is set to be hosted weekly, and the next episode is scheduled for Friday, March 1st, 2020 and is going to be featuring international gospel act, Deitrick Haddon. Due to the margin in timezone between Nigeria and Los Angeles, CA, United States, as well as the busy schedule of the guest, the show would be kicking off at 2am (May 2nd) Nigerian time and 6pm by LA time.
