Female Gospel music minister Odeerih teams up with gospel fuji sensation Mike Abdul in this new praise joint – “I Cast My Crown”.
In this song, Odeerih brings her deep sense of gratitude laced with the African praise flavour. This is characteristic of her as is seen in her previously released songs “Celebrate With Me” and “Extreme God”.
“I Cast My Crown” is reminiscent of “the twenty-four elders who fall down before God worship him as it is written in the bible. Saying,
‘Worthy are you our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will, they existed. Our gratitude and desire to worship will cause us to give to Him (God) any honours, titles, possessions, or prizes (Blessings) we may have accumulated.
It’s not arcane that the combination Odeerih’s vocal prowess and the musical ingenuity of PHAT E and Mike Abdul’s unconventional melody has given birth to this lovely jam.
