Myles Munroe Jr, son of the notable minister of the gospel, late Dr Myles Munroe has expressed gratitude to the government of Bahamas, and the National Independence Committee for naming the nation’s independence castle after his father.
According to Munroe Jr who made this known on his Instagram page in the early hours of today, the castle was specifically built for the nation’s Independence Day celebration, but named in honour of the minister.

I would like to extend my thanks on behalf of myself, my sister and the rest of the family to The Government of The Bahamas and the National Independence Committee for honoring my Dad by naming the Castle, constructed specifically for our independence day celebration, in his name.
Always proud of what his legacy continues to inspire ??”.
Up until his death on November 9th 2014 in a plane crash, Dr Munroe was a remarkable man of God whose messages led many to Christ, and even in death has continued to transform lives across the globe.
