Godstime speaking about the inspiration behind the song, says,
E give me life is a song that God gave to me through Divine ministration.
It is a song of praise, telling us what God has done, who he is and why we need to worship him.

A vocalist, who started singing at the age of 4 years, and later joined the choir of Assemblies of God church.
