The late wife of Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Mrs. Ibidunni Ighodalo, was laid to rest finally yesterday Saturday, June 20, 2020. The burial took place with several dignitaries in attendance.
The funeral service itself was brief and included some highlights such as Pastor Nathaniel Bassey ministering in song alongside Pastor Ighodalo’s daughter in which he sang his famous song “ONISE IYANU”.
Some of the dignitaries in attendance included RCCG’s Pastor Iluyomade, Rotimi Akeredolu governor of Ondo State, Emir of Kano (former) Sanusi Lamido, Venerable Fagbemi, Pastor Tony Rapu and a representative of Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki, just to name a few.
The service was then gradually brought to a close after the elder brother of Pastor Ituah Ighodalo in the person of Asue Ighodalo, lawyer and chairman of Sterling Bank, commented on the life of Ibidunni Ighodalo and talked about how much of a wonderful person she was. He then gave a vote of thanks to all who were in attendance.
The service closed with a rendition of the HALLELUJAH CHORUS after which the congregation of people moved to pay their very last respects to Mrs. Ibidunni Ighodalo. Ibidunni Ighodalo was laid to rest at Lekki Vaults & Gardens.
