Artist Bio

Funmi Bucknor was born into the Lagos musical family of the Bucknors. Her interest in music started at the tender age of six when her father (who trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, UK) started teaching her to play the piano.
Over the years, she’s been a member of various choirs including the Apostolic Faith Church Choir in Ibadan, Laz Ekwueme Chorale, Voices in Zion of RCCG, City of David Parish, and the Mass Choir, RCCG.

She had her formal training in voice at the Trinity College of Music, Greenwich. Funmi Bucknor is a music worshipper with a heart after God.

Her debut song, Lamb of God, is a story of the amazing love that God lavishly showed by sending His son, Jesus, to die for mankind on the cross at Calvary.
