Bring Back Our Girls Group (BBOG) lead agitator and for Nigerian Minister of Education , Oby Ezekwesili, has taken to her twitter handle to say that Nathaniel Bassey, one of Nigeria’s finest gospel music artist, is a “true minstrel” of God.
That young man– Nathaniel Bassey is a true minstrel of God! Flesh and blood don’t give him those hit Worship songs. They come from above.
The former vice president of the World Bank wrote on Twitter on Sunday.

Nathaniel Bassey had recently stated that God was speaking to him through the Yoruba language.“The LORD seems to be speaking to me in Yoruba language this season. First it was ONISE IYANU. Today I heard ALGBADA INA,” the singer had written on Instagram.
“The one whose agbada (garment) is fire. We sang and prophesied this today. To his Children and Saints, He is a purifier and a protective fire wall. But to His enemies, (Satan and his demons) He is a Roaster and Toaster. He makes. He makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flaming fire.”
The Lagos-born Akwa-Ibom indigene had his debut album, Elohim, recorded and mixed in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2008.
Bassey has remained relevant ever since.
