Tikae Maestro – Tribe Rua
Following the release of his debut single Falling in 2020, Tikae Maestro is uncovering more of his genius and sound through this fascinating offering of his first EP, Tribe Rua, Vol 1.
The Tribe Rua EP was recorded as a response to a burning desire Tikae had to inspire a new, modern African sound in Gospel music and in music in general.
For this project, several guest artists were invited to be a part of the experience. These include gospel songstress Lebohang Kgapola, young and prolific artist and organ player Lungelo Ngcobo, upcoming articulate poet Torch Everblazing of We Will Worship, and hip-hop artist Z_lus the Zeal.
This gave the EP an added touch as each of those artists brought their signature sound to the music.
