Yinka Ayefele’s House Demolished in Ibadan

The building of celebrated Yoruba gospel music sensation Yinka Ayefele has been partly demolished by the Oyo state government. The office building tagged The Music House that is situated in Ibadan was demolished in part on Sunday Morning by operatives of the Oyo state Government who are allegedly acting on order of the state governor Mr Ajimobi..

The Oyo state government claimed the building has caused over 20 accidents and contravenes urban planning laws of the state.

Reacting to the incident, Ayefele shared an image of the destroyed property on his Instagram page.

He wrote, “Oyo state government did at last..My pains my sweat. So help me God.”

Oyo State Government Response

As at the time of this report, the Oyo state government is yet to make comments on this. How every news rumor has it that this might be politically motivated as Yinka Ayefele and his radio station Fresh FM did not support Mr Abiola Ajimobi in the previous elections.

The property is estimated to be worth 800 Milliona Naira.
