American gospel music artists Travis Greene and Mali Music are some of the many gospel acts highlighted in the Grammy nominations for next year’s GRAMMYs!
RCA Inspiration, one of the premiere labels in Gospel and inspirational music, celebrates seven nominations for the 63rd GRAMMY® Awards.
Dominating with four nominations in the Best Gospel Performance/Song category are Melvin Crispell, III for “Wonderful Is Your Name”; Travis Greene for “Won’t Let Go”; Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins Presents The Good News for “Come Together” and Mali Music as a co-performer in the Jonathan McReynolds & Mali Music song “Movin’ On”.
In the Best Gospel Album category, Kierra Sheard (Karew Entertainment/RCA Inspiration) is nominated for KIERRA.
Tauren Wells (Provident Label Group/RCA Inspiration) receives two nominations, in the Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song category for “Famous For (I Believe)” feat. Jenn Johnson, and in the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album category for CITIZEN OF HEAVEN.
Separately, Kirk Franklin (Fo Yo Soul/RCA) receives a nomination as a featured performer on Lecrae’s “Sunday Morning” in the Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song category.
