There is an invitation hidden in plain sight inside this scripture that most believers walk past every single day. God is literally saying: Call Me. Pick up the line. I am waiting. And when you do — I will show you things that are beyond your natural understanding.
We live in an age of information overload. Google has an answer for almost everything. Social media offers an opinion on everything else. And yet — the God of the universe, the One who created galaxies and formed you in your mother’s womb — is extending a personal invitation: Call to Me. Not to a search engine. Not to a friend. Not to your own reasoning. To Him.
Andrew Wommack has long emphasised that prayer is not primarily about getting God to do something — prayer is about getting into alignment with what God is already doing. When you call to Him, you position yourself to receive revelation, direction, and wisdom that cannot come from any earthly source. The “great and mighty things” God promises to show are things that are fenced off from human discovery — things only accessible through the door of prayer.
Flourish Peters often says that the believer who prays is never at a disadvantage — because they have access to inside information from heaven. Your boss doesn’t have it. Your competitors don’t have it. Your circumstances cannot reveal it. But God will show you — if you call.
So today, before you strategise, before you plan, before you scroll — call. Spend time with the One who already knows how this day ends, who has already seen the solution to your problem, and who is ready and waiting to show you things your natural mind cannot discover on its own.
The line is always open. The invitation is always standing. Call today.

Father, thank You for the open invitation to call on You. I call on You now. I need Your wisdom, Your direction, and Your revelation for everything I face today. Show me the great and mighty things that only You can show me. I am not depending on my own understanding — I am depending on Yours. Speak to me, Lord. I am listening. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
