Public Voting has commenced for the PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS (PCA), in commemoration of the 6th anniversary of MEGA.
Sunday, October 28, 2018 and ends on November 18.
The actual voting shall be on our Facebook Vote-Page: https://www.facebook.com/megawardsng/ (or @MEGAwards) and our website, www.megawrds.org.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For the avoidance of doubt, we wish to reiterate that unlike the usual practice (since 2014) when the screening processes of MEGA lean heavily on the side of quality and relevance as determined by our Body of Judges and Screeners (90%), and public voting 10%; we have opted this year to do something different.
We have produced a list, through a painstaking and broad selection process, of some of Nigeria’s most admired performers and works released between January 2017 and August 2018.
We recognize the importance of listeners/fans expressing their affection for their favourites, and therefore seek to allow 100% aggregates of ALL votes (from both platforms) to come from the voting public. Collation will be open, free, fair and transparent.
We hope you will join us in adding verve into the Nigerian gospel music industry with this people-driven celebration of spiritual creativity.
