In at least seven countries, The Wealthiest Individuals Are Jewish

On Wednesday Forbes magazine published a list of the richest individual in each of the 50 states.
Mark Zuckerberg, 31, Facebook founder and CEO, is California’s wealthiest individual with a net worth of $71 billion. Ted Lerner, 93, and his family are Maryland’s wealthiest real estate developer with a net worth of $5.1 billion.

Founder of Quicken Loans and owner Dan Gilbert, 57, who owns the Cleveland Cavaliers, is Michigan’s wealthiest individual with $6.8 billion in net worth. Casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, 85, who also owns the daily newspaper Las Vegas Review-Journal, is the wealthiest individual in Nevada with $37.5 billion in net worth.

Former three-term New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, 77, co-founderand majority owner of the Bloomberg LP economic data and media company, is New York’s wealthiest individual with a net worth of $58.3 billion.

Leslie Wexner, 81, L Brands ‘ founder and CEO, including Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works, is Ohio’s wealthiest individual with $4.7 billion in net worth. Anita Zucker, CEO of InterTech Group, a private, family-owned manufacturer of chemicals established by her late husband, Jerry Zucker, is South Carolina’s wealthiest individual with a net worth of $1.8 billion.
