New Release: Jlyricz “Apple” ||@iam_jlyricz

Nigerian singer-songwriter and recording artist Jlyricz drops his new single titled “Apple” of his latest body of work; The Banquet.

The Dancehall tune which was one of the gems in the well received body of work which production is helmed by frequent collaborator Emex, speaks about God’s love for his child and how He cares and protects him.

Jlyricz who is currently working on his next project as well as writing and co-producing for other artistes says

“Apple was one of the songs I wrote to the beat on The Banquet, …To me Apple is a sibling of my previously released single “Know You” … I love them and I hope everyone that listens also feels the same way.”

Concerning the simple and beautiful visuals as directed by Bishopwhyte for Ruff Iconz films. he said;

“…We wanted to create something simple and really nice. We shot the video during the lockdown in my living room. We could not go out so we had to make do with what we had and I’m really glad how it turned out”
