The more time you spend in prayer in communion with the Lord, the more in and through you His character and personality are disclosed. This is one of prayer’s most interesting advantages. Your spiritual antenna is lifted through prayer to grab the thought of God and think like Him.
Some individuals pray only when some of the difficulties they encounter in life compel them to do so, and that’s not correct. We were called to communion with our heavenly father as Christians. By praying and studying the Word, you get to understand the Lord and enjoy Him more as you fellowship with Him. In every Christian’s life, praying and praying the correct way is a significant activity.
It makes your life at all times beautiful, lively, and exuberant with praise. Take very seriously your private times of prayer, devotion, and meditation. Create possibilities to fellowship with the Lord through prayer in the course of your day.
When you frequently pray, especially in the spirit, you will live toward all men with a pure heart; you will not criticize others as you will see in them only the good. Learn more than ever to intercede for others.
1Timothy 2:1 says, ” I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be make for all men.”
Take the Spirit’s dominion seriously. Practice this consciously today! Take some time to pray for those around you and those in faraway lands ; this is your priestly duty.
Your life will thrive from glory to glory as you spend more time in prayer because prayer is more than just a chance for God to do something for you! It is time to communicate with the Lord and bask in a wealthy spiritual awareness; so offer prayer more time and attention.
