Seun Kuti,the son of a Nigerian music icon, Fela Anikulapo Kuti got on the nerves of his fans and followers on Instagram accusing God of Plagiarism.
The singer caused chaos on his Instagram when he compared the book of Proverbs in the Bible to the teachings of Amenenope – a literary work composed in Ancient Egypt.
on his Instagram,Seun wrote,
“Is it really proverbs or is it stolen from work of our ancestor pharaoh Amen-em-Ope. Steal knowledge. Steal land. Steal people. Steal resources.
“If the bible was inspired by the word of ‘God’ how come we wrote the thoughts of ‘god’ before ‘gods’ people?
The post did not go down well with most of his fans as some of his fans responded quickly to the post.
A follower with the user name @jeff021582 replied him,saying;
Suddenly Pharoah for Egypt don turn your ancestors??? You wey be oduduwa son now agree to have pharoah as your ancestor just so you can ridicule the Bible and those that believed in it??? You need to stop smoking weed,this don dey disturb your brain.
And when we thought that ws all, Seun replied the follower,saying
“Oh my brother you are so stupid I couldn’t ignore u. U don’t know that we are all descendants of the Nile civilization? I am a descendants of the ancients and so are you. Even if u are too stupid to know.”
