Hallelujah challenge hits record 70,000

hallelujah challenge day 15

Hello People! We have made it a point of duty to keep bringing you the updates about the Hallelujah Challenge midnight praise and prayers started by Nathaniel Bassey. Today is the 15th day of the challenge and participation has risen steadily to this record 70,000 as at early this morning.

Last night prayers and praise were raised for nations of the world including the nation of England and the city of London, considering the various disasters that has hit the historic city in the past few weeks.

Different Nigerian celebrities have been given out airtime recharge cards to their fans who are interested in participating in the challenge to enable them purchase internet data subscription. Celebs like Toke Makinwa, Frank Edwards, Ini Edo and others are given out recharge cards to fans to help them participate. We also understand that some mobile networks like MTN has created a special package to help people join the one hour hallelujah challenge.

The grace and level of growth of this movement cum revival, as it’s now called is amazing and unprecedented. Some have argued that it’s expected because Nigerians are religiously gullible people. But the truth is, not every church or movement that ever started in Nigeria hit 70,000 participants or worshipers in 15 days. More over, this movement has taken a global, interdenominational, inter-faith and inter-ethnic shape.  Nathaniel Bassey shared on his Instagram account last night the following;

What God is doing is beyond any man. This is surely not the work of Nathaniel Bassey. It is the LORD Himself. I hear students gather in groups at campuses, friends and families come together. Some churches even do so, pockets of Praise fires around the world. Only The Holy Ghost can orchestrate this. The body of Christ is one, and Jesus is celebrated world over. HIS ARM IS REVEALED IN OUR DAYS. AND WE HAVE SEEN IT.

He has also gone ahead to ask students who are participating to take pictures and send.

Due to the numerous testimonies flooding his direct message box, Nathaniel Bassey has announced that a blog has been opened for the testimonies. He further encouraged people who have testimonies to go to hallelujahchallenge.blogspot.com.ng share their testimonies.     Stay tuned and stay blessed!
