Nigerian gospel music artist and internationally renowned minister, Sinach, rounds off an amazing record breaking year with a win at the LIMA Awards. It has indeed been quite the year for her!
In a year that has experienced and witnessed a great slowing down of activities which has affected everyone, Sinach has had such an amazing 2020.
Shortly after the break of COVID-19, she ranked #1 on the Billboard Songwriters charts (for WAY MAKER), becoming the first ever Nigerian and African to do so. She sustained the top spot for over 15 weeks, setting another record.
She has also gone on to win awards such as the Maranatha Awards for Lifetime Achievement and a GMA DOVE AWARD for Song Of The Year, for “WAY MAKER”.
She has effectively rounded off a record breaking and Awards-laden year by receiving the honor of winning at the LIMA Awards 2020.
Sinach also won the Grand Best Song Award at the 2019 Loveworld International Music and Arts (LIMA) Awards, which came with a lump cash prize of $100,000.
